At BarkEater Athletics we believe that a good foundation begins with strength and mobility. Strength plus mobility equals durability. Always putting proper mechanics first, we will then look to build consistency followed by intensity. If you’re in the beginning we’ll focus on building your foundation. For the performance focused individual, Olympic Weightlifting, explosive jump training, plyometrics, and Strongman work ( tire flipping & rope climbing) are some of the tools we can use to maximize your potential.
